The tip of pulling out your left arm is also intuitive and so much easier to implement than thinking about 5 different things. I don’t have to think so hard about reach back and follow through I just think about pulling my left arm back which opens the shoulder and then punching it down which helps with hip timing. Thank you it was explained so simply and effectively.

Uh, welcome back Kona! Really good video. I do have a question that no other form coach or pro has addressed. From the X step to the plant, I notice pros are able to move their center of mass forward, balanced, while striding out. How are they doing that? My center of mass has to be over my back leg for balance, which means when I step forward, my body is falling forward and down on to my brace. This causes a lot of issues with my pull through because I think I'm pulling flat but because I'm falling forward it's changing my launch angle

I'm not sure she can throw far enough to understand or demonstrate how to throw properly. Her technique is not strong enough to pass it along.
